AIDA projektai, MB is seeking a Pega Senior System Architect for a 5-6 month engagement across Europe (excluding certain countries). You will lead design and development on the Pega platform, focusing on case management, workflows, UI components, and integrations with REST and SOAP services.

The role requires Pega CSSA certification and 3+ years of hands-on experience, with 5+ years preferred. Strong English communication and CI/CD experience are important for successful delivery.

• Troubleshoot issues using Tracer, PDC, and logs, optimizing performance.
• Contribute to DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead specific workstreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, configure, and support scalable Pega Platform solutions using App Studio and Dev Studio, including case management, workflows, UI components, and decisioning logic
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs aligned with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards
• Apply architecture best practices such as class hierarchy, rule resolution, and modular design to ensure scalability and reuse
• Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP, along with handling data models, connectors, and authentication profiles
• Configure application security using RBAC and ABAC models and ensure compliance with data protection policies
• Troubleshoot complex issues using Tracer, PDC, and logs while optimizing applications for performance and stability
• Contribute to DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployments using Pega Deployment Manager
• Take ownership of moderately complex components and ensure high-quality, maintainable delivery
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance while leading specific workstreams or integration components

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform development within Agile environments
• Experience with case management, workflow design, and UI configuration using Pega Constellation or Cosmos
• Proficiency in building integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON
• Strong technical foundation in Java and object-oriented programming, with solid SQL knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency in spoken and written communication
