Delve Search in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior System Architect to own the overall system architecture for complex high-tech machinery. You will translate product requirements into technical specifications and guide multidisciplinary teams through development to scalable, robust products.
You will move the organisation toward structured, scalable product development, balancing hardware, electrical and software concerns while collaborating with project managers and external partners.
Delve Search are working with a growing high-tech equipment manufacturer in Eindhoven to recruit a System Architect.
The business develops complex, high-precision manufacturing equipment used in emerging technologies including co-packaged optics, AI data centres, AR/VR, biosensors and microLEDs. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced System Architect to take technical ownership of multidisciplinary product development and help establish a more structured approach to systems engineering.
This is a senior technical position combining system architecture, requirements management and multidisciplinary engineering. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will define the overall system architecture, translate product requirements into technical specifications and guide engineering teams through the development of complex manufacturing equipment.
You will play a central role in moving the organisation from an R&D-focused environment towards structured, scalable product development.
Experience within semiconductor equipment, precision machinery or other complex B2B manufacturing equipment would be particularly relevant. Direct semiconductor experience is advantageous but not essential.
The role offers the opportunity to take genuine technical ownership of complex equipment development within a growing technology business. You will work across the complete machine architecture, influence technical decisions and help shape how new products are developed as the organisation continues to scale.
