Job summary

Spektrum is seeking personnel for NATO NCIA-related assignments in The Hague to support critical IT operations and secure information systems. The successful candidate will manage Windows Server environments, PowerShell automation, AD/ADFS, and cloud/virtualization components.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, incident response, and performance tuning in a high-security setting. The position is on-site in The Hague with potential travel to other NATO sites.

Qualifications

• For a technical engineering license degree, 3+ years post-related experience as System Administrator.
• For secondary qualification, 5+ years post-related experience as System Administrator.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, WSUS, MECM, AD, ADFS, PowerShell.
• Development and maintenance of PowerShell scripts and configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet and/or Chef).
• Knowledge of VMware, OpenStack, and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all environments part of the CRS Branch.
• Provide service support to CQO customers.
• Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft OS and tools suite.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft related issues and PowerShell based code.
• Provide root cause analysis in case of system/service malfunction.
• Implement and improve new services.
