Job summary

Spektrum in Brunssum, Netherlands, supports NATO NCIA projects and seeks an experienced Core Services engineer to join the NCI Agency program. You will configure and deploy Core Services, ensure security alignment, and integrate management tools in a multinational setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years with VMware, Windows Server, AD, DNS, SCCM, Veeam, and related technologies; MDT Kit and McAfee Policy Orchestrator experience is a plus. This on-site role may involve occasional travel.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of experience in COMPTIA A+/VMware/Windows Server/AD/DNS/SCCM/Veeam/Core Enterprise Services.
Proficiency in implementing and maintaining VMware 6 infrastructures; strong data storage knowledge (vSAN).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring enterprise IT environments.
English language ability at professional level (STANAG 6001).

Responsibilities

Core Services configuration: end-to-end configuration of Core Services per approved designs.
Core Services integration: ensure interoperability with network infrastructure and management systems.
Deployment support: assist deployment, configuration, validation, and operational readiness.
Management tool integration: configure and verify Core Services within centralized tools.
System documentation: maintain and update technical documentation.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting: provide technical support during UAT.
