Job summary

Spektrum is seeking personnel to support NATO NCIA projects, based at The Hague, NL. The role requires managing complex intelligence capabilities with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

You will coordinate with NATO bodies, ensure compliance with governance and acquisition processes, and lead delivery activities across multiple projects, potentially involving travel to different NATO sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management in defence, intelligence or multinational environments.
• Familiarity with CPP/NSIP governance and outcome-based acquisition.
• Strong communications for senior-level reporting and governance.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders like ACO, SHAPE, NHQ and multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight for multiple Intelligence Capabilities projects.
• Lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination; prepare governance docs.
• Coordinate delivery with ACO, SHAPE, NHQ and other NATO bodies.
• Ensure alignment with outcome-based acquisition and IFB development.
