Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a System Administrator fluent in English to join the Development team in The Hague, Netherlands, working on-site with a major client's IT team. The role focuses on designing, engineering and maintaining on-premise MS Enterprise Application solutions, Active Directory, SCCM and related infrastructure.

You will own incident resolution, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to digital infrastructure operations while collaborating with a multinational engineering team

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 5 years On Premise MS Enterprise Applications Operations.
• Experience with installing, maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting Microsoft Enterprise Application components such as: MS Active Directory, MS System Center Configuration Manager.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL foundation).
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing environments (Windows 11).
• Familiarity with configuration manager, endpoint security, and IAM tools.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Providing Subject Matter Expertise in the formation of new MS Enterprise Application Solutions;
• Maintaining the Digital Infrastructure environment, including but not limited to: MS Active Directory GPO maintenance, End User Computing Image creation and Application deployment/ maintenance;
• Owning and resolving MS Enterprise Application and other related Incident Tickets in a 3rd line capacity as required;
• Troubleshooting and investigating application errors/malfunctions.
