Job summary

GSES System in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients using the GSES platform. You’ll guide them through the system, resolve issues, and ensure they gain maximum value from our sustainability platform.

You’ll collaborate with project managers and IT in an international team, based in Rotterdam, helping improve the product by sharing client feedback and insights.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer success or customer support, preferably in software.
• Customer-focused, proactive and able to solve problems.
• Takes ownership and follows through until issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, especially over the phone.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system/chat.
• Support clients in using the GSES platform, including submitting data and understanding results.
• Analyse technical issues and escalate to the IT team when necessary.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they feel confident using the GSES platform.
