Hunkemöller B.V. offers a CSR internship focused on sustainability and responsible supply chains. You will support audits, ESG data analysis, and policy development while gaining hands-on experience across projects and trainings.

A buddy and flexible WFH policy accompany a structured internship program with real impact. The role requires full-time dedication for a five-month period, with English fluency and a pro-active attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master, or HBO+/WO in sustainability.
• Interest in EU sustainability legislation, sustainable business practices, and supply chains.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and comfortable dealing with uncertainty.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Dutch or an Asian language is an advantage.
• Able to work at least 40h/week on internship responsibilities (no school assignments or thesis writing).
• No thesis is possible in this role.

Responsabilités

• Providing support in supply chain compliance (social and environmental) audits, CAP management, supply chain traceability.
• Providing support in developing ESG requirements, manuals and policies.
• Input and analyze ESG data and generate reports.
• Handling day-to-day administrative items such as filtering emails, assembling, and distributing documents.
• Assisting during meetings by synthesizing learnings.
• Assisting in developing internal training on sustainability.
• Assisting in other ongoing sustainability projects.
