Job summary

Hunkemöller Netherlands offers a Sustainability Internship focused on supply chain compliance, ESG data analysis, and policy development. You will assist with audits, CAP management, and internal training materials while gaining exposure to EU sustainability regulations.

This 5-month program starts in September 2026, with a 450€ gross monthly internship allowance, a buddy system, and a hybrid working policy including up to 2 WFH days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or higher (HBO+/WO) in a sustainability field.
• Strong interest in EU sustainability legislation, sustainable business practices and supply chains.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch or Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in supply chain compliance (audits, virtual factory tours, CAP management, traceability).
• Support development of ESG requirements, manuals and policies.
• Input and analyze ESG data and generate reports.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filter emails, assemble/distribute documents).
• Assist in meetings via synthesis of learnings and notes.
