Job summary

The Social Hub internship program is seeking a motivated student to join the Sustainability Team for at least 6 months, starting February 2027, in Amsterdam. You will help manage projects, create content, and act as a liaison on sustainability matters.

You will research environmental and social topics, develop online communications with the internal team, and gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic, hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Sustainable Business, Future Planet Studies, Communications & Behavioral Sciences, and similar fields.
• Strong interest in sustainability, social impact, and the TSH mission.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Solid communication and storytelling skills; able to engage and inspire others.
• Eager to develop in project management within an operational environment.
• Familiar with PowerPoint and not afraid to try new tools and platforms.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus.
• Available for at least 6 months and legally allowed to live/work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

The Social Hub is serious about sustainability and impact (yes, we actually walk the talk on Corporate Social Responsibility). We're all about driving change in the hospitality industry and working on projects that spark planet-proof behaviour; empowering our community of changemakers, inside and outside our organization, to do good, together.

As a certified B Corp with Science Based Targets in place, we're already making moves on energy, water, and waste reduction. But there's a lot of work to be done, and we're not stopping there. We're looking to level up our impact, and we need someone awesome to help us get there.

That's where you come in. We're looking for an intern to join our team for at least 6 months, starting February 2027.
