Job summary

ATM is seeking an Operator Surface Treatment in the Netherlands to independently perform surface treatments on supplied products in the Surface Treatment Department. You will follow drawings and work instructions, operate the bath line, and ensure correct layer thickness through regular checks.

The role requires VMBO level education, affinity with technology, good Dutch and English communication, and the ability to work in a team with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• VMBO diploma level is a plus.
• Affinity with technology is desirable.
• Good communication and social skills are required.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Good and precise motor skills.
• High flexibility and availability in shift system.
• Able to read and understand work instructions.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Independently carry out treatments on supplied materials and products according to drawings/work instructions.
• Clamp and prepare parts according to drawings/work instructions.
• Check materials before applying coatings.
• Regularly adapt to changing assignments and tasks.
• Operate and be responsible for the bath line.
• Carry out interim checks for correct layer thickness and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure parts are properly blown clean.
• Coordinate work with colleagues.
