Job summary

ATM Oirschot is hiring an Operator Cleaning to perform treatments on supplied products using the department's equipment, following drawings and work instructions. You will clamp and prepare parts, check materials, and ensure quality through inspections, including UV-based cleanliness testing.

Proficiency in Dutch and English, a VMBO level (or higher), and a collaborative, precise approach are essential. Day and shift options are available in a friendly, informal atmosphere with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out intermediate checks for correct layer thickness and process compliance.
• Ensure parts are properly blown clean.
• Coordinate work with colleagues.

As Operator Cleaning you perform, according to drawings and/or work instructions, treatments to the supplied products by means of the available production equipment and tools in the Cleaning Department.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• On the basis of supplied drawings and work order specification, you independently perform treatments to supplied materials and/or products. This with the help of the production equipment provided for that purpose;
• You are responsible for the clamping and preparation of parts according to supplied drawings and/or work instructions;
• You are responsible for checking the materials before they are cleaned;
• You are flexible in regularly changing assignments and work activities;
• You operate and is responsible for the cleanliness inspection of products by means of UV light;
• You are responsible for carrying out intermediate checks to ensure that the product contains the correct layer thickness and verify that the process has been carried out in accordance with regulations;
• You ensure that parts are properly blown clean;
• You coordinate your work with your colleagues.

Job Requirements

• You have VMBO diploma level, this is a plus;
