Job summary

ATM Oirschot is seeking an Operator Cleaning to perform treatments on products as per drawings and work orders using the Cleaning Department's equipment. You will clamp and prepare parts, inspect materials, and ensure proper cleaning with UV-light checks.

You will read instructions accurately, work well in a team, and adapt to shift schedules, with Dutch and English proficiency required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• VMBO diploma level is a plus.

• High flexibility; available in day shift or shift system.

• Good command of Dutch and English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments to supplied materials/products based on drawings/work orders using production equipment.
• Clamp and prepare parts according to drawings/work instructions.
• Check materials before cleaning.
• Regularly adapt to changing assignments and tasks.
• Operate and inspect cleanliness of products using UV light.
• Carry out intermediate checks for layer thickness and verify process compliance.
• Ensure parts are blown clean.
• Coordinate work with colleagues.

Job description

Operator Cleaning

As Operator Cleaning you perform, according to drawings and/or work instructions, treatments to the supplied products by means of the available production equipment and tools in the Cleaning Department.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• On the basis of supplied drawings and work order specification, you independently perform treatments to supplied materials and/or products. This with the help of the production equipment provided for that purpose;
• You are responsible for the clamping and preparation of parts according to supplied drawings and/or work instructions;
• You are responsible for checking the materials before they are cleaned;
• You are flexible in regularly changing assignments and work activities;
• You operate and are responsible for the cleanliness inspection of products by means of UV light;
• You are responsible for carrying out intermediate checks to ensure that the product contains the correct layer thickness and verify that the process has been carried out in accordance with regulations;
• You ensure that parts are properly blown clean;
• You coordinate your work with your colleagues.

Job Requirements

• You have VMBO diploma level, this is a plus;
• You have an affinity with technology;
• You have good communication and social skills;
• You like to work in a team;
• You have good and precise motor skills;
• You have a high degree of flexibility and are available in day shift or shift system;
• You have no trouble reading and understanding work instructions;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
