Job summary

Follow-Me B.V. is seeking a support engineer to assist customers and sales partners with technical support for our tracking systems, both online and on-site, and to aid in system implementations.

You will work with lighting tech and network systems, travel as needed, and adapt to flexible hours to cover different time zones. Join a dynamic team in Hazerswoude-Dorp with opportunities for growth and a hands-on role shaping product integration.

Description We are looking for a support engineer who can support our customers and sales partners with technical support in using our products (online, and sometimes on-site), and aid in system implementations.

Who are we?

Follow-Me B.V. is an established, trusted, dynamic and growing manufacturer of tracking systems for the entertainment industry. Our products are mobile or permanently installed for remote tracking spot and auto tracking positioning for lighting, immersive audio and video at many small and large projects in theatre, events, television productions, concert touring, cruise ships and theme parks worldwide.

Requirements

You are an independent, customer-oriented, communicative and representative personality, who:

• Can organise and plan projects and support questions well, and answer them online and sometimes on-site;
• Keep a cool head under time pressure and work in a problem-solving way;
• Succeeds in completing support questions and projects independently or in small teams with colleagues and customers;
• A background in stage and event technology, lighting design, design, or technology is considered an advantage.
• Experience with lighting technology, lighting control consoles, and network systems is a plus and will help you quickly get up to speed in this role.
• Most importantly, you should be willing to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in our systems and their integration with other lighting technologies, control consoles, and networks;
• Can express themselves in English.
