Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam seeks an experienced EPDM Region Business Partner for Order Management. You will own relationships with regional stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration and shape the operating model to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will lead regional strategy, collaborate with global teams, and oversee process improvements across SAP, EDI, Esker and related platforms, enabling end-to-end value delivery across Europe, India, and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Business Admin, or Engineering.
• 5–10+ years in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Transformation roles.
• Experience in global or regional roles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong process improvement, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Experience in multi-country, multilingual, time-zone environments.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with regional and market stakeholders across Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, IT, Procurement and external partners.
• Lead OKR goal and target alignment across GBS, EPDM Logistics and Sales teams.
• Define and implement a globally aligned operating and interaction model between GBS, Global and Region BU teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction agenda across GBS Order Management in EPDM Region.
• Oversee order management business development requirements and 1+ year strategic plans.
• Coordinate with GCC/BPO operations for cohesive task execution.
• Track performance metrics and report to region leadership for improvements.
• Govern improvements using process intelligence, automation, digitalisation, data governance and benchmarking.
• Represent EPDM Order Management in governance forums and future-state programs.
• Act as regional SME for OM system changes including SAP, EDI, Esker.
