Senior Associate Supply Chain Planner | Detailed Scheduler

About the Role

As a Detailed Scheduler, you will be responsible for short-term production and packaging planning, ensuring products are delivered on time while maintaining a stable and efficient supply chain. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage short-term production and packaging schedules.
  • Monitor order execution and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and planning conflicts.
  • Support product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
  • Track and analyze operational KPIs and drive improvement actions.
  • Facilitate daily operational and weekly capacity meetings.

Profile

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Passion for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is an advantage.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.
