Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. in Weert, Netherlands, seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team. This fixed-term 12-month assignment offers the chance to influence European supply chain operations and to build scalable processes across regions.

The role focuses on end-to-end management of planning, inventory, forecasting, logistics, distribution and order fulfilment, collaborating with multiple functions to deliver improvements and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of international supply chain processes across planning, inventory, forecasting, logistics and order fulfilment.
• Ability to own and improve end-to-end business processes with limited direct authority.
• Strong ERP, reporting and systems capability to translate needs into requirements and partner with IT.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify trends, quantify impact and form actionable recommendations.
• Proven project-management and change-management capabilities across cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for senior leaders and external partners.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team in Weert, Netherlands. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and recognised subject matter expert for International Supply Chain operations. This is not a people management role. You will own and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, distribution and order fulfilment. You will identify inefficiencies, implement better ways of working, and lead complex transformation initiatives that improve performance, scalability and customer experience across multiple countries and regions. Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, Quality, IT and external partners, you will support operational execution while maintaining strategic oversight. You will play a key role in Orion and future system implementations, translating business requirements into scalable processes and solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to connect the dots across functions, anticipate the impact of future initiatives, design future‑state processes, balance immediate business needs with long‑term improvements, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience transitioning from distributor-based models to direct distribution models and supporting regional growth initiatives will be highly valued.

Location: This role is based in Weert, Netherlands. Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Weert office and be available to work onsite regularly, with a minimum of two days per week onsite.
