vidaXL is seeking a Solution Engineer to design end-to-end logistics solutions, from warehouses to systems and automation. You will translate business goals into practical designs, define capacity requirements, and align with cross-functional teams for scalable operations.

The role focuses on WMS, TMS, YMS and system integrations, with an analytical mindset and strong stakeholder communication. Hybrid work and a hybrid setup support balance.

Ready to shape the future of logistics at vidaXL? As a Solution Engineer, you design smart, scalable solutions that keep our operations moving and growing. You connect strategy with execution and turn ideas into something that actually works on the floor.

You will:

• Design end-to-end logistics solutions. You look at the full picture, from warehouse and yard layouts to systems and automation. You make sure everything fits together and supports our growth plans.
• Translate business goals into clear and practical designs. You define how our operations should run, what capacity we need, and how we can scale in the future. You work with different teams to align on scope, priorities, and the best way forward.
• Shape our system landscape. Think of WMS, TMS, and integrations. You make sure systems support the way we work and connect smoothly across the full logistics flow.
• Design physical setups. You create warehouse and yard layouts that are efficient, safe, and easy to use. You look at flows, storage concepts, and configurations, always with performance and flexibility in mind.
• Explore new technologies, compare solutions, and work with partners to bring ideas to life. You stay up to date with what is happening in the market and use that knowledge to improve our designs.

You have:

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, and knowledge of how things work in practice.
• Experience with warehouse design, automation, or logistics solutions, and enjoy solving complex challenges.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, YMS, and system integration
• Analytical mindset with strong modelling and scenario planning skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
