Job summary

vidaXL is seeking a Logistics Engineer to optimize and future-proof our logistics operations. You combine analytical expertise with hands-on execution to identify improvement opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

The role bridges Operations, IT, and Engineering, translating data into actionable improvements and leading SAP EWM-related enhancements; you will document processes and support adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mindset, able to translate data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end logistics processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements, warehouse layouts, and logistics solutions.
• Lead improvement projects from concept and testing through to implementation and stabilization.
• Translate operational requirements into system improvements and support SAP/EWM-related developments.
• Develop process documentation, support process adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

As a Logistics Engineer at vidaXL, you play a key role in optimizing and future-proofing our logistics operations. Acting as the bridge between Operations, IT, and Engineering, you ensure that processes, systems, and people work together efficiently to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

You will:

• Analyze end-to-end logistics processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements, warehouse layouts, and logistics solutions.
• Lead improvement projects from concept and testing through to implementation and stabilization.
• Translate operational requirements into system improvements and support SAP/EWM-related developments.
• Develop process documentation, support process adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
