Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team in Amsterdam. You will independently manage ordering, delivery scheduling, shortage handling, supplier performance, and more, with a focus on reducing waste and improving OTIFIQ metrics.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup (50% office, 50% remote) with strong Excel requirements, and you’ll collaborate with suppliers and production to ensure timely delivery and quality. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
• Proactive, with the ability to react quickly to unexpected challenges.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English & Dutch both spoken and written.

We are looking for a Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team. Every week, the team purchases all the ingredients for our HelloFresh boxes and manages supplier performance and quality.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will independently manage our ordering process: delivery scheduling, shortage management, supplier performance improvement, and more.

Reducing food waste, OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality), and error rates are your key daily performance indicators!

What you’ll do: The Recipe

• Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio (Conventional Cluster), ensuring all ingredients are delivered on time and in the right quality.
• Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Implement processes to optimize our supply chain.

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant fields (Bac +5)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
