Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Supply Planner to strengthen our European supply chain. You will independently manage ordering, delivery scheduling, shortage management, and supplier performance, ensuring timely and quality ingredients.

You will build strong supplier relationships, drive process improvements, and focus on reducing waste and OTIFIQ metrics. The role requires a Master in Supply Chain, 1–2 years experience, and fluent English and Dutch, with a hybrid work arrangement in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio, ensuring on-time deliveries and quality.
• Act as the main contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Implement processes to optimize our supply chain.
