Job summary

HelloFresh in Amsterdam is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team. You will independently manage our ordering process: delivery scheduling, shortage management, supplier performance improvement, and more.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will manage our European supplier PO portfolio, act as main contact with suppliers and production, build long-term supplier relationships, and implement processes to optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven approach.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and right quality.
• Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Implement processes to optimize our supply chain.
