Job summary

Interfood in Bladel, the Netherlands, seeks a Supply Chain Planner to optimize planning by managing orders, contracts, and supplier relations. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and warehouses, reporting to the Supply Chain Lead.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor or Master in a supply chain field, with analytical skills, ownership and IT/data affinity. Dutch and English proficiency is essential; knowledge of French or German is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic and complex international business environment.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus).
• Ownership mindset, action orientation and ability to plan and align tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming orders from customers and manage relationships to create optimal planning for customer, supplier and Interfood.
• Negotiate and manage sales contracts with customers and purchase contracts with suppliers.
• Make final allocations based on forecasts and reservations.
• Check allocation details (costs, quality and customer satisfaction) and discuss/monitor changes with customers, suppliers and warehouses.
• Coordinate with other SC Planners and the Supply Chain Lead to optimize allocations and explore short-term improvements.
• Visit customers, warehouses and suppliers with the lead for better cooperation and improvements.
