Job summary

TMC in Eindhoven is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to design, optimize, and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, ERP, data, suppliers, and customers. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor KPIs.

You bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/WMS/TMS, and good Dutch and English communication. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end supply chain processes and optimizing procurement, ERP, data, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintaining oversight of the supply chain and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing quality, logistics, time, and cost data to drive concrete improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, FMEA).
• Supporting planning and reporting toward the project manager; handling ad-hoc issues.
