Job summary

TMC in Eindhoven is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to design, optimize, and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, ERP, data, suppliers, and customers. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor KPIs.

You bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/WMS/TMS, and good Dutch and English communication. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Completed degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

Designing end-to-end supply chain processes and optimizing procurement, ERP, data, suppliers, and customers.
Maintaining oversight of the supply chain and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzing quality, logistics, time, and cost data to drive concrete improvements.
Monitoring KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, FMEA).
Supporting planning and reporting toward the project manager; handling ad-hoc issues.
