Job Description

• Design, document, implement, and maintain standardized procurement processes and guidelines.
• Support the rollout and adoption of procurement processes across local and regional procurement teams.
• Develop and maintain ESG‑related procurement standards, checklists, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor supplier compliance with ESG requirements and support internal and external audits.
• Track process adherence, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support KPI reporting and develop dashboards to monitor procurement performance.
• Create training materials and organize workshops for procurement stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, process management, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices; experience with ESG or sustainability is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
