Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the inbound process, logistics and inventory at the Service Center in Den Bosch. You will coordinate warehousing, customer service and data activities to ensure accurate stock and timely information.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or related areas, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM/WMS/TMS systems. The position is full-time at the Den Bosch location with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• MBO degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Service Management Systems and WMS/TMS.
• Ability to commute to the AtriCure Service Center in Den Bosch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse/customer service activities outsourced to the 3PL.
• Coordinate rework and quarantine disposition activities.
• Coordinate item master data activities.
• Weekly stock reconciliation.
• Work closely with the Warehouse operator.
• Assist/back up Logistics/Operations/Sales Operations activities.

• Weekly Stock Reconciliation
• Work closely with Warehouse operator
• Assist/Back up Logistics/Operations/Sales Operations activities

Basic Qualifications Skills & Requirements

• MBO degree
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support Strong written/verbal communication in English
• Ability to work in a variety of systems (ERP systems, CRM, Service Management Systems, WMS/TMS)
• Basic import and export knowledge
• Ability to commute to primary place of work at AtriCure Service Center in Den Bosch, The
• Strong MS Excel skills

Netherlands Pay Range

€40.000—€48.000 EUR
