Job summary

The role includes supervising warehouse and 3PL activities, coordinating rework and quarantine disposition, weekly stock reconciliation, and close collaboration with the warehouse operator and sales operations support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain, customer service or sales support.
• Strong written/verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse/customer service activities outsourced to the 3PL.
• Coordinate Rework and Quarantine disposition activities.
• Marketing & Professional Education Outbounds.
• Weekly Stock Reconciliation.
• Work closely with Warehouse operator.
• Assist/Back up Logistics/Operations/Sales Operations activities.
