Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Breda is seeking a Supply Chain Associate committed to quality and compliance in the life sciences sector. You will manage temperature assessments, deviations, and CAPA records.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or equivalent experience in GMP/GDP compliance. Responsibilities include supporting audits, data accuracy, and ensuring quality management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences with 2 years of experience in GMP / GDP compliance.
• In absence of a Life Sciences degree, 4+ years of experience in GMP / GDP compliance.
• Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and Good Manufacturing Practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage temperature assessment and deviation records.
• Conduct root cause analysis sessions for deviations.
• Ensure implementation of CAPA records effectively.
• Support audits and product recall activities.
• Maintain data accuracy for quality system reviews.

we are currently seeking for Supply chain Associate in our team with an unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, the company fosters a professional environment that supports growth, advancement, and meaningful contributions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage temperature assessment records (CTETS)
• Own and manage minor and major deviation records and lead root cause analysis sessions
• Own and manage CAPA and CAPA EV records, ensuring that they are implemented as intended.
• Manage missing product notifications, including leading Event Review Team meetings if applicable.
• Support audits and inspections involving Global Distribution.
• Support activities for product recall or annual mock recall exercises.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform data analysis for Management reviews of the quality system on a periodic basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Life Sciences + 2 years experience in GMP / GDP compliance
• In the absence of a Life Sciences degree, 4+ years experience in GMP / GDP compliance
• Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
• Fluency in English , Dutch-preferable
• Strong word processing, database and spreadsheet application skills and experience in Quality Management Software systems (e.g. TrackWise, EDMQ, etc)
