VAROPreem in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, seeks a Supply Chain Business Analyst to develop and synchronize supply chain processes and IT systems, bridging business and IT. You will own projects, drive stakeholder relationships and ensure practical, user-friendly solutions across a global team.

The role requires a bachelor’s background with 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Dutch and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain business analysis, process improvement, or IT development.
• Strong analytical skills and data affinity.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Mansioni

• Manage Supply Chain development and optimization projects from business need through implementation.
• Develop and synchronise Supply Chain processes, models and supporting IT systems.
• Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities for optimization, simplification and harmonization.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and IT requirements, bridging Supply Chain and IT.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams and external consultants/IT partners.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption.
• Communicate effectively across the organization from specialists to managers.
