• Identify AI use cases across the GCSC organization.
• Develop standards for safe and effective AI usage.
• Create reusable prompts, onboarding materials, and AI templates.
• Support KPI development through data preparation and reporting.
• Map and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Document processes, matrices, and collaboration workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners.
