Job summary

Qabird is seeking an ambitious intern for the Supply Chain AI, Data & Process Improvement program in Leiden for 24 weeks full-time. You will tackle real business challenges with the Global Commercial Supply Chain team, focusing on AI adoption, data quality, reporting, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Excel and large datasets.
• Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases across the GCSC organization.
• Develop standards for safe and effective ChatGPT usage.
• Create a reusable prompt library and onboarding materials.
• Support AI agents and project-based workflows for operational teams.
• Convert PDF-based operational data into structured Excel datasets.
• Clean, standardize, and validate supply chain data.
• Create pivot tables and reporting packs.
• Identify KPI improvements through data preparation.
• Map repetitive tasks and assess automation opportunities.
• Document current workflows and ownership structures.
• Improve meeting structures, templates, and action-tracking processes.
• Develop AI-assisted agenda and minutes templates.
