Job summary

YoungCapital is seeking two AI & Supply Chain Optimization Interns to join our Den Bosch team. You will apply cutting-edge AI tools to support real-world planning and optimization challenges across Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing, under mentorship from experienced team members.

You will collaborate with a peer intern in NL and join a global, diverse organization, gaining hands-on experience and peer learning opportunities from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science or another related quantitative or technical field.
• Professional-level English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to build, automate, and refine interactive solution capability demos for internal and client stakeholders.
• Develop test case generation and test automation workflows.
• Assist senior team members in designing, modeling and validating supply chain planning solutions.
• Apply analytical models to industry-specific challenges in Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing operations.
• Present findings, proof-of-concept demos and automated workflows clearly to cross-functional global stakeholders.
• Actively communicate and collaborate with a diverse global team, including your NL intern peer.

AI & Supply Chain Optimization Intern Beschrijving We are looking for two driven, curious, and tech-savvy AI & Supply Chain Optimization Interns to join our Supply Chain Optimization team in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. As part of the team, you will apply cutting‑edge AI tools to support real‑world planning and optimization challenges across Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing, while gaining valuable hands‑on experience. In this role, you will work closely with senior domain experts and a fellow intern in a collaborative environment that encourages peer learning, knowledge sharing and problem‑solving. From your first day, you will receive direct mentorship from experienced team members while collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds across our global organization.
