Job summary

NTS Eindhoven seeks a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen the link with our suppliers during the series production phase. You will gain control over supplier quality and drive improvements, with a focus on mechanical products with electrical components.

As a data-driven professional, you will conduct audits, analyze KPIs, initiate improvement projects, and guide containment actions while coordinating with production, purchasing, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO level of education with extensive relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies such as SPC, 8D, RCA, and FMEA.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into concrete improvement actions.
• Strong communication skills to engage suppliers and guide internal projects.
• Willingness to visit suppliers regularly, mainly within the Netherlands.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conducting audits at suppliers and collecting the necessary quality data.
• Analyzing and interpreting data, such as audit results and KPIs, to make the performance of suppliers transparent.
• Following up on supplier complaints and monitoring appropriate handling.
• Guiding internal containment actions.
• Conducting root cause analyses of quality deviations.
• Initiating and guiding improvement projects with suppliers.
• Initiating and guiding internal improvements in quality inspection.
