Job summary
NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join Advanced Systems. You will be the link between NTS and our suppliers in the series production phase, gaining more control over supplier quality and guiding improvement projects.
The role focuses on data analysis, audits, root cause investigations, and coordinating with production, buyers and logistics to drive quality improvements. Regular travel to suppliers in the Netherlands is expected, and strong Dutch and English
Qualifications
- Minimum HBO level of education with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with quality methodologies such as SPC, 8D, RCA, and FMEA.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into improvements.
- Strong communication to engage suppliers and lead internal projects.
- Willingness to visit suppliers regularly, mainly within the Netherlands.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits at suppliers and collect quality data.
- Analyze data and KPIs to make supplier performance transparent.
- Follow up on supplier complaints and monitor handling.
- Guide internal containment actions.
- Perform root cause analyses of quality deviations.
- Initiate and guide supplier improvement projects.
- Initiate and guide internal quality inspection improvements.
