Job summary
Alukwa B.V. is seeking a Field Service Technician / Service Engineer to install, connect, and commission automated aluminium doors on luxury superyachts. You will work at shipyards in the Netherlands and across Europe, with worldwide service support.
The role requires a technical qualification, knowledge of drive and control systems, experience with aluminium and stainless steel, a valid B driving licence, and willingness to travel including overnight stays. Prior superyacht exposure is a plus.
Qualifications
- MBO level 3 technical qualification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of drive and control systems.
- Experience with aluminium and stainless steel.
- Valid category B driving licence.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight.
- Experience in the superyacht industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install automated aluminium doors, including drives, door panels and control systems, at shipyards.
- Connect the control systems.
- Commission the doors.
- Provide service and maintenance worldwide, with focus on the Med and Caribbean.
