Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a hands-on Supervisor Tech Repair to lead and develop the Tech Repair department within the Service Center. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will bring structure, improve performance, and support growth while ensuring daily operations run safely and to the highest quality standards.

You will guide a team of technicians across two shifts, coach shift leaders, monitor KPIs, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction while collaborating

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Tech Repair department (approximately 20 employees across 2 shifts)
• Coach, support, and develop Shift Leaders and technicians
• Monitor quality, productivity, and operational performance
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices
• Define, track, and improve departmental KPIs
• Ensure a safe, structured, and efficient working environment
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Cleaning, and other internal stakeholders
