Job summary

Introduction Would you like to work in a technical test centre where satellites and other high-value space components are tested? As Technical Operations Supervisor, you ensure that the test floor, infrastructure and daily activities remain safe and run smoothly. You will work in a unique high-tech environment involving heavy technical equipment, contractors and international customer teams. Rather than conducting tests yourself, you are the person who maintains oversight, takes ownership and steps in when something is not right.

Your responsibilities As Technical Operations Supervisor, you are a key technical and operational point of contact on the test floor, with a continuous focus on safety, quality and smooth operations.

• You supervise activities on the test floor and ensure work is carried out safely and according to applicable procedures.
• You support and supervise contractors performing maintenance on cranes, access equipment, lifting equipment and other technical infrastructure.
• You identify technical, operational and safety issues and take action to ensure they are resolved.
• You coordinate daily activities with engineers, facility management, contractors, support teams and customers.
• You support internal logistics, storage activities and the availability of tools, materials and spare parts.
