Job summary

McFly & Brown in Noordwijk is seeking a Technical Operations Supervisor to oversee the test floor, infrastructure and daily activities in a high-tech space testing environment. You will focus on safety, quality and smooth operations, coordinating with engineers, contractors and international customer teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in maintenance or technical services, a technical education (MBO level or HBO/Bachelor), and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in maintenance/technical services, facility management or industrial environments.
• Technical education at MBO level or HBO/Bachelor's degree.
• Broad technical understanding of installations and heavy equipment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities on the test floor and ensure work is carried out safely and according to procedures.
• Support and supervise contractors performing maintenance on cranes, lifting equipment, and infrastructure.
• Identify technical, operational and safety issues and take action to resolve them.
• Coordinate daily activities with engineers, facility management, contractors, support teams and customers.
• Support internal logistics, storage activities and availability of tools, materials and spare parts.
