Job summary
OEG is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for their Subsea Division in Den Helder, Netherlands. In this role, you will provide technical support on electrical systems and collaborate with R&D and senior advisors to ensure project accuracy. Your responsibilities include producing technical documentation, coordinating project integrations, and supporting fault diagnosis.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of technical experience, excellent command of Dutch and English, and knowledge of CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks. A technical degree in engineering is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on OEG electrical systems.
- Coordinate production of technical documentation for new designs.
- Support R&D with new technologies and improvements.
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with SCC and ISO standards.
