OEG, a leading energy solutions company, seeks a Contract Specialist within its Subsea Division in the Netherlands. You will review, qualify and manage contractual risks across the tender lifecycle, lead negotiations with clients, and ensure terms align with governance and commercial objectives.

You will collaborate with Tendering, Operations, Finance and Legal to safeguard OEG's interests and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, negotiation in offshore/subsea sectors.
• Ability to review and negotiate complex terms and risk allocations.
• Familiarity with LOGIC, BIMCO and NEC contracting frameworks.
• Degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Review and qualify contractual terms during ITT and tender stages.
• Lead negotiations with clients in collaboration with Commercial Representatives.
• Develop negotiation positions balancing commercial and risk.
• Monitor liabilities, indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages and payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with delegation of authority and internal approvals.
• Coordinate resolution of deviations and ensure consistency with approvals.
• Support handover to Project Management after contract award.
• Assist in variation orders and claims resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of templates and processes.
