Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor in the Netherlands to help customers find their perfect (out)fit with a personal touch. You will welcome shoppers, discuss product heritage and sizing, and provide tailored styling advice to inspire confidence.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, support the brand, and ensure customers leave satisfied with excellent service and fashion tips for a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the shopping experience, including tailoring and offering refreshments.

What’s On a Typical To-do List

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience, whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best, inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in Dutch?

• All-in salary from €17.74 per hour for everyone aged 21 and older
• Extra pay for weekend and holiday shifts with +50% pay on Sundays and +100% on bank holidays.
