Job summary

MR MARVIS Zwolle is seeking a Weekend Style Advisor to welcome customers, share the brand story and help visitors explore our collection.

You will advise on products, sizes and fit, provide inspiring styling tips, and contribute to a friendly, well-presented store environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and hospitality or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in service-oriented retail is a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, informing them about our brand and store concept.
• Advising customers on products, sizing and heritage with confident, knowledgeable guidance.
• Providing expert styling tips and finding the right sizes for customers.
• Elevating the shopping experience and keeping the store looking its best.
• Occasionally assisting during weekends in Zwolle.

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of. We are looking for someone to help out in our Zwolle store during the weekends.

What's on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both Dutch and English?

• Salary: €17.74 - €19.78 gross per hour (age 21+), depending on years of relevant experience, in accordance with CAO Retail Non-Food. Includes 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days on a full-time basis (40h/week).
