MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor to help customers find their perfect (out)fit, delivering tailored styling advice in a warm, inspiring store environment.

You will welcome shoppers, advise on products, sizes and heritage, and enhance the experience with small touches like refreshments, fitting adjustments, and personalised tips.

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride, including finding the right sizes and offering styling tips as a complimentary service
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience, such as pinning trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out

What’s on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both Dutch and English?
