What we do at CFP

CFP Green Buildings is on a mission to make as many buildings and organisations as possible more sustainable. Using our own online tools, we monitor buildings and identify the best ways to save energy and improve sustainability. Our hands‑on consultants then turn these insights into financially viable business cases.

For us, sustainability goes beyond the right construction methods and efficient energy use. We also work on areas such as corporate social responsibility, circularity, CO₂ reduction, ESG analyses and certifications such as BREEAM and WELL.

We are the market leader in the Netherlands and continue to grow internationally. Our software and services are now used in several countries, and we continue to expand our international activities.

Together with our clients, we make real estate more sustainable on a large scale. We work with a wide range of organisations with extensive property portfolios, from banks and technical companies to real estate organisations and public authorities. Every day, we work towards the same goal: making as many buildings as possible fit for the future.
