Job summary

Warner Music Benelux invites you to join the Data & Paid Media team as a Digital Marketing intern in Amsterdam. You will work closely with the Digital Advertising Manager to elevate our digital marketing efforts in the music industry.

We seek a commercial, proactive student with a passion for music, ready to contribute to social media, CRM, audience growth and analytics. The internship spans five months, four days a week, starting September 2026.

Qualifications

• Studying at HBO or WO with interest in digital marketing and music.
• Proactive attitude with analytical approach.
• Preference for knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (Meta, GA).

Responsibilities

About the role:

As a Digital Marketing intern you are part of the Data & Paid Media team. You work closely with the Digital Advertising Manager. We are looking for a commercial and proactive person with a strong interest in and knowledge of music, who wants to take Digital Marketing to the next level!

What you'll do:

• Social media marketing
• CRM, customer journey design and lead generation;
• Manage/develop (digital) audiences & fanbases;
• Analyze marketing campaign performances;
• Demographic analyses of target audiences.

Job requirements:

• are studying at HBO or WO;
• are available for five months, at least four days a week;
• have a passion for music and innovation;
• have a proactive attitude and analytical approach;
• Preferably have knowledge of marketing and analytic tools (e.g. Meta, Google Analytics).
