Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a visionary Director of Strategy & Transformation for the Leiden Cell Therapy Site. You will shape the site’s strategy, lead transformational programs, and drive operational excellence in a highly innovative manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Site Head and Leadership Team to ensure alignment with global CTDO and PDS priorities, delivering measurable business impact. The role requires extensive experience in strategy execution, organizational change, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industry.
10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, organizational change, operational excellence, project leadership, or related fields.
Experience working within highly regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
Budget management and business planning experience.

Responsibilities

Lead development, deployment, and evolution of the site's strategy to align with CTDO, PDS, and BMS priorities.
Translate strategy into actionable programs, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
Drive governance, reporting, and performance management to ensure accountability.
Lead site-wide transformation programs aligned with headcount, budget, and strategic commitments.
Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and enabling functions.
