Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a strategic leader to join the Leiden Cell Therapy Site as Director, Strategy & Transformation. You will sit at the center of strategic decision-making, acting as Chief of Staff to the Site Head and guiding performance, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

You’ll drive alignment with CTDO, PDS and the broader network, leading cross-functional initiatives to enable sustainable growth and high-quality execution across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation or related fields.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, deployment and evolution of the Leiden Cell Therapy Site strategy, aligned with CTDO and PDS priorities.
• Drive strategic planning and scenario development to support critical business decisions.
• Translate strategy into actionable programs, initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Align the organization around clear business goals, priorities and performance expectations.
• Lead site-wide transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and accelerate business performance.
• Drive governance, reporting and performance management to ensure accountability.
• Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and enabling functions.
• Build operational excellence capabilities and drive productivity improvements.
• Shape the operating rhythm and governance forums for the site and network.
