Job summary

Philips invites a motivated student to join the Enterprise Strategy internship in Amsterdam. You will help with market sizing, growth and go-to-market analysis, and support in M&A related workflows within a global strategy team.

Expect a hands-on role with increasing responsibilities, a 40-hour work week, and a monthly allowance of €500–€700 gross. Housing and travel support are available; NUFFIC rules apply for non-EU students.

Qualifications

• Masters (MSc) in Business Administration, Economics, Medical/Healthcare, Science or Engineering.
• Strong interest in strategy and execution with analytical mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Availability for 40 hours per week (exceptions evaluated case-by-case).

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy analysis and formulation across businesses, markets, and enterprise.
• Conduct market sizing, trend analysis and evaluation of acquisition targets.
• Collect market insights via desk research, surveys, and stakeholder interviews.
• Support end-to-end collaboration across businesses, functions, and execution teams.
