Job summary

Philips is seeking an Internship in Sales and Business Development to support commercial growth across Europe for Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics. The role combines sales activities, customer follow-up, marketing support, and data-driven decisions.

It involves collaboration with sales managers across countries and exposure to international markets. You are pursuing a Bachelor or Master in business-related fields, with a strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales, customer engagement and business development.
• Good English, Dutch language is a plus; able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying, prioritizing, and following up on commercial opportunities across International Markets.
• Help drive upsell and cross-sell within the AM&D installed base.
• Follow up with customers and prospects with local sales managers and account teams.
• Support lead generation, including customer segmentation, opportunity mapping and pipeline follow-up.
• Prepare customer and market insights to focus sales efforts and reporting.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns, including campaign prep, follow-up, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales managers in different countries to provide visibility on progress and assist local execution.
• Participate in strategic commercial projects to improve business performance or explore growth opportunities.
